Terms of Use
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance
SpaceBlock (spaceblock.co and the SpaceBlock dashboard) is operated by Access Memory SRL, a company incorporated in Romania, Trade Registry no. J2025019610000, CUI 51475403 (“Access Memory”, “we”). By accessing the site or using the service you accept these Terms. If you use SpaceBlock on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
SpaceBlock is an in-house content management system that Access Memory provides to its clients as part of website and product engagements, under a maintenance and subscription plan agreed in your project agreement. It is not sold as a self-service subscription, and the applicable fees, features, environments and support are those quoted by Access Memory for your project. The project agreement prevails over these Terms in case of conflict. For a quote, write to hello@accessmemory.co.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when an account is created for you, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the activity of team members you invite to your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SpaceBlock to store or publish unlawful content; not to infringe intellectual property or personality rights; not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell the platform; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service or other clients’ workspaces.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you store in SpaceBlock. You grant Access Memory a non-exclusive licence to host, process, cache and display that content strictly for operating the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload.
6. Our intellectual property
The SpaceBlock software, interface, brand and documentation are and remain the property of Access Memory SRL. These Terms grant no rights over them other than the limited right to use the service during your engagement.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep SpaceBlock available continuously and schedule maintenance outside business hours where possible. Specific availability or response commitments apply only where agreed in a project agreement or SLA. Support requests go to hello@accessmemory.co.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Romanian law, Access Memory is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or data caused by misuse of the service, and our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights under Romanian legislation (O.G. 21/1992).
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR and Law no. 190/2018. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the project agreement.
10. Termination
Access to SpaceBlock ends when your project agreement ends, or earlier upon material breach of these Terms that is not remedied within 30 days of notice. On request, we provide a full export of your content within 90 days of termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of București, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers may also address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC — anpc.ro), use the SAL/SOL alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes, given in the dashboard or by e-mail. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@accessmemory.co.
